We offer classes to suit all levels & ages (6 & up)
Flying Trapeze
The FlyCatch class is open to ANYONE with zero experience necessary for all ages from 6+. Each class is a 1.5 hour group class and mixed kids and adults. For an exciting activity for yourself, your kids, your friends, your family this is the class for you. Your first flying trapeze class will consist of each participant one by one learning to hang upside down while swinging back and forth on the flying trapeze. At the end you get the opportunity to get caught by a catcher!

Fly Fit
We are so excited to introduce our new and super unique flying trapeze fitness class! This is an absolutely perfect way to get the best full body workout of your life AND learn flying trapeze. The flying trapeze portion of this class is focused on teaching you fundamental and oh so important skills that ANY flying trapeze artist should have. Sick of going to the gym? Or going to the gym just not enough? Try this class! OR looking to improve and gain lean muscles to help your Muay Thai, swimming or rock climbing? This class is a perfect complement to your pre-existing workout routines. There is no such thing as an unfit trapeze artist so come see for yourself!
Fly fit classes are a 3 classes minimum and you must have previous flying experience.

Out of Lines Flying
Every flying trapeze student starts out wearing a harness with training lines attached. These lines are imperative for beginner students who have never dropped from a trapeze bar into a trapeze net. But like all training devices, they are meant to be taken off eventually. Learn how to safely land in the net and swing on the trapeze so that you do not need assistance from the lines. Gain confidence in yourself and your own abilities so that you can merely rely on the training lines for learning new skills and tricks. When your skill or trick is clean, safe and ready - burn those lines!!

Private Flying Trapeze Classes
Whether it is a kids birthday, a bachelorette party or team building event we can make it an amazing experience for all involved. Don't take your kid to the circus for their birthday have them be the circus with their own troupe of kids! Girls trying to think of a fun way to get high for your friends bachelorette party we will supply the white powder (chalk of course) for a party that will have you buzzing all night long! Train the week before (in secret of course) and throw the best end of year party with a show that will blow your colleagues away! Or for no reason at all just a group of friends that want to get fly!
